Please perform the following steps in order:
- Telephone the proper scheduling coordinator to check on the availability of the desired space.
- Fill out the appropriate paperwork and return it to 1101 N. Main St., Campus Box 8610, Normal, IL 61790-8610, within a minimum of five working days in advance of your event.*
- Non-academic facility requests can be picked up at this same location or you can download a non-academic facility request (pdf). You may fill out the PDF form using Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or later by choosing the hand tool and typing directly into the document, print out, sign, and send to the address above. Electronic signatures will not be accepted. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat you may download a free version for Windows or Macintosh:

- Sales on University property must be approved. Please fill out the sales sheet.
- Please review the General Revenue Facilities Usage Guidelines.
- Visit the University Online Calendar if you are interested in posting your event.
- Apply for a temporary food permit.
- The final approved request will be returned to the applicant prior to the event and must be present at the event.
*Step 2 does not apply to the Bone Student Center, Campus Recreation, or Residence Hall Areas. Always check with the appropriate scheduling coordinator about all proper forms needed to reserve space.
